The fabulous Julie Maguire returns to the festival with her extraordinary band (featuring Simon Bates on saxophone) to play and sing classics from the Great American Songbook.
Haddenham Village Hall will be dressed to look like a 1950s jazz club with a fully licensed bar to help your evening swing along.
Julie is a singer and actress based in the London area. Her singing work is incredibly varied - from musical theatre through to jazz, pop and rock. She also writes music, and collaborated on the score to a rock musical which was performed at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe.Most recently Julie has been working with Mike Moran across a number of his Film, TV and album projects providing her vocals to his compositions. This collaboration includes Julie and Mike producing an American Songbook Live show, some of which Julie will bring to PangbourneJulie has performed in most of the theatres…
